A 22-year-old man from Dauphin County claims that Jerry Sandusky fondled him.
A new lawsuit was filed this week by a plaintiff identified as “John Doe” alleging that he was fondled by Sandusky at a summer camp on the main campus of Penn State in 2005.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Scranton on Monday and names Penn State, The Second Mile, Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Shultz.
