It’s been a long time coming but Amtran finally has a tenant for its Trolleyworks building on 5^th Avenue.
 
Amtran officials won’t say who will be moving into the unused space at the complex because a lease hasn’t been signed yet.
 
The tenant will use some of the building for offices and some for light assembly.
 
The deal should be completed in a few weeks.
 
Amtran had been trying to lease the empty space ever since renovations were completed to the former Altoona & Logan Valley Electric Railway trolley barn three years ago.
