The City of Altoona tells us a Warming Station is now open at the Salvation Army Community Center,
1813 Sixth Avenue serving hot coffee and soup until at least 6 tonight, possibly later if needed.
The Red Cross is opening a Shelter at 6 tonight at the Greenwood Fire Hall, 1500 East Pleasant Valley Blvd.
