To ensure that displaced residents can find stable housing quickly, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency is urging all property providers to list available rental housing on PAHousingSearch.com.The process of listing an available unit takes about 10 minutes, is completely free and can be done online or through a toll-free call center.
 
Landlords with available housing are asked to log on towww.PAHousingSearch.com or contact the toll-free call center to add properties at 1-877-428-8844. Listing and searching for rental units is always completely free. If property owners have rentals listed on PAHousingSearch.com that sustain damage from the storm, they are asked to update their status as soon as possible.
 
People who have been displaced from their homes due to Hurricane Sandy can work with emergency management officials as Disaster Resource Centers are established in order to identify replacement housing.
