Crews are finally getting the best of the power outage situation in Blair County in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
With the overnight effort only 185 customers are starting the day without electricity in Blair County with the majority of that number residing in Altoona.
The American Red Cross emergency shelter at the Greenwood Volunteer Fire Department remains open.
Bedford County still has about 1,500 electric customers dealing with power outages.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
