Attorney Hired In County Effort To Sell Valley View
Another step has been taken by Blair County Commissioners in their effort to potentially sell Valley View Home.
At their meeting Thursday, which was rescheduled from Tuesday because of Hurricane Sandy, the board voted to hire Harrisburg area attorney Louis Capozzi Jr.
Capozzi, who specializes in health care, regulatory compliance, reimbursement issues and labor contract negotiations, will be paid $200 an hour for his services.
Last month the commissioners signed an agreement with real estate investment company, Marcus & Millichap of Chicago, to market the facility at $13.5 million.
In the end, it’s estimated that Capozzi’s services will end up costing the county about $30,000 with the sale proceeds covering the cost.

I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
