Fire Destroys Area Barn



A weekend fire in Frankstown Township destroyed a 155 year old barn.
 
The fire broke out around 4 o’clock Sunday at the Scotch Valley Road property owned by Louis and Holly Sheetz.
 
The barn was undergoing renovations which included a commercial grade kitchen area.
 
No injuries were reported and no damage estimate released.
 
An investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
