Former Penn State President Graham Spanier is free on $125,000 unsecured bail.
Spanier was arraigned by a Harrisburg District Justice Wednesday on charges including perjury, obstruction and conspiracy related to the child sexual abuse case of former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.
Spanier led Penn State for 16 years before being forced out when Sandusky was charged and is currently on paid leave.
Spanier continues to deny the allegations being made against him and claims he is being framed for political purposes.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
