City Police Seek Fugitive In Heroin Distribution Case



Altoona police have posted information hoping the public can help them find their “Fugitive of the Week”.
 
Authorities are looking for information leading them to 27 year old Vincent "Dirt" Williams Jr. of 2207 8th Avenue, 2nd floor, Altoona.
 
Williams is originally from Brooklyn, New York and still has ties to the Altoona area.
Police describe him as a black male, 5'10", 135 pounds.
 
Anyone with information regarding Williams whereabouts is asked to call the Blair County Department of Emergency Services at 911 or the Altoona Police Department at 949-2489.
