ACT 47 Plan Presented To Council



Members of the ACT 47 Coordinator team were on hand last night at the Altoona City Council Chambers for the unveiling of the financial recovery plan for Altoona.
 
The plan was put together by Stevens & Lee Lawyers and Consultants, DSI Civic Financial Restructuring FS&L, and Financial S&Lutions.  John Espenshade of Stevens & Lee told WRTA News last night that with the presentation of the plan on Tuesday the work has just begun.
 
 
We asked Espenshade if city council will be able to embrace some items of the plan while rejecting other parts.
