Altoona Man Nabbed As He Tries To Flee From Authorities



A city man wanted for failing to appear in court for a Flight to Avoid Apprehension charge, did it again.
 
On Wednesday, Blair County Sheriff department Warrant Division Deputies went looking for 50 year old Kevin Mark Skelly and when they arrived at his 603 Walton Avenue home Skelley tried to make a break for it.
 
Skelley climbed out a second floor window and jumped off the porch roof forcing Deputies to chase him down on foot. He was eventually apprehended Skelley on the 700 block of Grant Avenue.

 
Skelley is now facing another Flight to Avoid Apprehension charge, as well as Disorderly Conduct and several counts of Criminal Mischief.
