A city man is facing charges of sexually molesting a mentally challenged girl.
 
39 year old Robert Riley Jr, of 107 First Avenue, is accused of allegedly abusing the 15-year-old victim multiple times between July and early this month.
 
Authorities say that on Tuesday Riley admitted to committing several sexual acts with the girl.
 
Riley has been arraigned on eight counts each rape of a mentally disabled person, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person with a disability, aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old.
 
Since the allegations against Riley have come to light, his wife has sought a protection-from-abuse order against him.
