Former Penn State Assistant football Coach Jerry Sandusky will get to leave his jail cell tomorrow. 
 
Sandusky is scheduled to make a court appearance at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.   The hearing is over Sandusky’s defense attorneys’ claims that they didn’t have enough time to prepare for the trial.
 
His attorneys want the judge to throw out the verdict and the thirty-sixty year sentence.
