Drunken Prowler Arrested In Altoona



A report of a prowler on the loose overnight in Altoona resulted in the arrest of a city man.
 
Police tell WRTA News that the incident happened around 2am on the 1200 block of 23rd Avenue. 23 year old Robert Little  was apparently intoxicated and loitering around a house before he started to pound on the door.
 
When police arrived on scene, Little took off running and was finally tackled by an officer in an alley between 24th and 25th Avenues at 13th Street.
 
Police think that because of his inebriated state he might have simply been at the wrong address.
 
Charges against Little include resisting arrest, loitering and prowling, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.
