Blair County Sheriff’s Department Looking for Fugitive
The Blair County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public to help them locate a fugitive.
34 year old Patrick R. Oschea Jr is wanted for Felony Parole violations including Forgery, Fleeing from Police, Reckless Endangerment, Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats.
Oschea’s last known address is 11394, Raystown Road, Saxton but he is believed to be in the Altoona Area.
