An Altoona man is facing charges after police found him harassing his girlfriend overnight.
City police tell WRTA News that a little after midnight an officer saw 54 year old William Sissler dragging is girlfriend by the hair down the 600 block of 4th Avenue.
When the officer got out his vehicle Sissler took off and after a short foot pursuit was apprehended.
Sissler has been charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness, and Harassment. Police say he also had two Blair County Sheriff warrants out on him.
