Blair County Sheriff Department Looking For Fugitive
The Blair County Sheriff’s department is asking the public for help in finding missing fugitive.
28 year old Brandon Rutherford is wanted for Felony Parole Violations including Burglary, Theft, False Identification and Retail Theft.
His last known address is 1404 11th Ave, Apt 302 Altoona.
Rutherford is believed to be staying somewhere in the Broad Avenue area of the city.
