Former Altoona Police Offi cer Found Guilty In Bar Fight
A former Altoona police officer has been found guilty on all charges stemming from a bar fight.
Yesterday a Blair County jury found Duane Eichenlaub guilty on all counts, including assault and conspiracy, in the 2010 fight at Pellegrine’s Lounge.
Eichenlaub claims that the fight was the result of Herman "Bo" Lardieri improperly touched his wife. Another former Altoona officer, Eric Kriner, joined Eichenlaub in the fight. Kriner pleaded guilty to simple assault and conspiracy to obstruct an investigation.
Prosecutors say Eichenlaub and Kriner tried to get fellow officers who responded to the scene, to overlook the incident.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
