That’s how many potential buyers are left for Blair County’s Valley View Nursing Home. County leaders said Tuesday that the contenders will have a March 11th deadline to submit their best and final offers.
The current bids range from $12.5 to $16.1-million. Commissioner Terry Tomassetti says he and Commissioner Meling will begin vetting the final candidates.
The board also reaffirmed Tuesday that the AYSO soccer fields will remain part of the sale.
Commissioner Ted Beam still opposes selling the facility, saying it’s a community asset.
