Blair Courthouse Office Transition to Begin Next Month

The Blair County Commissioners office could move to its new home as early as next month.

Commissioner Ted Beam says renovations are wrapping up inside the fourth floor office space that formerly housed the county’s Mental Health department.

The Controller’s office will move to the space currently occupied by the Commissioners. The Sheriff’s Department will then relocate from the basement onto the first floor of the complex. County leaders also plan to make some changes to the access of the building.
