Altoona City Council will hold an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 13th at 6:00 p.m. prior to the city council meeting.
 
The purpose of the meeting is to receive a presentation on the home rule charter form of government. The meeting will be held at the city of Altoona Training Facility & Council Chambers located at 1320 Washington Avenue and is open to the public.
