If you do your banking at the Citizen’s Bank branch office in the Pleasant valley Shopping Center, you’re going to have to come up with an alternative as the doors will close there on May 17.
Formerly, Mellon Bank, the office has been operating at that location since 1984.
Employees will be given an opportunity to fill positions open at other locations.
The drive-up service will continue at the shopping center.
Citizens Bank will continue to operate locations in Altoona on Broad Avenue, in the Logan Town Centre and in Roaring Spring.
