City police say Jason Koch turned himself in on Thursday morning. Koch was arraigned and placed in the Blair County jail on $15,000 cash bail. Officers turned to Facebook in an effort to track him down.
Koch was wanted for failing to register his new address with State Police. A department spokesperson says an online post asking for public information on Koch’s whereabouts was shared more than 2,400 times in a 24-hour period.

Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
