A man too drunk to know where he lived is facing charges after flagging down police over the weekend.
According to city police, 27 year old Alex Valente Castaneda-Quintero was arrested around 2:30 Sunday morning at 29th Street and Broad Avenue when he was too drunk to tell them anything after he flagged them down.
He had an identification card out of New York that was invalid and while investigating the matter police discovered Castaneda-Quintero's was in the country illegally. He was also connected to a warrant out of New York that was issued under the name, John Doe.
The Department of Homeland Security issued a warrant to detain Castaneda-Quintero. He has been charged locally with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, false identification to police, harassment and criminal mischief.
