A homeless man from New Jersey is facing charges following an incident at a local grocery store Thursday afternoon.
City police say that around 4:30 yesterday they responded to a shoplifting call at the Chestnut Avenue Martin’s. WRTA News has been told that what actually happened wasn’t exactly shoplifting as Richard Pfister allegedly was huffing cans of whipped cream in the aisles of the store.
The 52 year old Pfister is facing theft and drug related charges.
