State Police in Cambria County say a Hollidaysburg man sexually assaulted a teenaged girl.
Troopers say the alleged incidents happened in July at a home in Northern Cambria Borough. According to a criminal complaint, investigators were interviewing 23-year-old Curtis Miller for his alleged role in a burglary when they discovered he had sex with the girl.
Miller has been charged with aggravated indecent and sexual assault. He remains lodged in the Cambria County Detention Center on $50-thousand bail. He’ll face a preliminary hearing at a later date.
