PA Marks 100th Law-Defying Same-Sex Marriage License

A suburban Philadelphia county defying Pennsylvania's marriage act has issued its 100th same-sex license.
The latest license was picked up Friday in Montgomery County where Democrats behind the move say they believe the state ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional.
It's unclear whether the practice will survive a legal challenge from Governor Corbett's administration. The American Civil Liberties Union hopes to overturn the state ban in federal court.
