Police say that on May 6th, 32 year old Joshua Jenkins, of 401 Wayne Street Apartment 4, broke into the Hollidaysburg American Legion Ambulance Service at 801 Scotch Valley Road. He accused of stealing 15 types of drugs from each ambulance, including morphine and fentanyl, as well as three first aid kits, three small medical bags and other supplies.
Last week Jenkins was picked up on a probation violation and when questioned by police he allegedly admitted to committing the burglary.
Jenkins is facing felony burglary and criminal trespassing charges and misdemeanor counts of theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and criminal mischief.
