Passengers and Crew on Flight 93 Remembered

The names of passengers and crew aboard United Flight 93 were read aloud by relatives as bells tolled in their honor Wednesday to mark the 12th anniversary of the September 11th terror attacks.
Amid a gentle breeze, more than 200 people gathered at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Somerset County to hear the names of the 33 passengers and seven crew members who died in the crash. Flight 93 was traveling from Newark, N.J., to San Francisco on September 11, 2001, when it was hijacked with the likely goal of crashing it into the White House or Capitol.
As passenger Todd Beamer issued the rallying cry ``Let's roll,'' he and several fellow passengers rushed down the airliner's aisle to try to overwhelm the hijackers. The 9/11 Commission concluded that the hijackers downed the plane as the hostages revolted
