PSP: Toddler Found Wandering on Tracks

A Cambria County woman is facing child endangerment charges after State Police say her 19-month-old son was found wandering on railroad tracks near Tipton.
Troopers say Chy Peterman of Blandburg was visiting with relatives at a home on River Road in Antis Township when the toddler wandered 50 yards down the road and onto the Norfolk Southern Mainline.
A passing motorist noticed the child and stopped to intervene. The driver told troopers that a train came through just minutes later. Peterman has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
