City Man Accused of Dealing Cocaine

An Altoona man has been arrested on cocaine charges.
Police say that 44 year old Timothy Cobaugh of 1402 2nd Avenue was arrested on Tuesday in connection with an alleged sale of cocaine earlier this year.
Cobaugh is accused of selling $120 worth of cocaine to a police informant on April 19.
A preliminary hearing has been set for next Thursday.
Cobaugh was already in trouble with the law after being charged last week by Allegheny Township Police in an indecent assault case.
