Police Charge Homeless Man with Business Break-In

Hollidaysburg Police have formally charged the man accused of breaking into a borough business on Sunday night.
Ronald Herbert Nash is also accused of assaulting a borough cop. Officials allege that the 40-year-old homeless man broke into the former U.S. Hotel and then attacked the police officer who caught up with him after he ran away. Officers used a taser to subdue Nash.
He’s been charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. Nash facesa preliminary hearing next week.
