Williamsburg Man Pleads Guilty to Prowling Outside Teen's Window

A Williamsburg man could spend up to 10 years behind bars after pleading guilty to prowling and sex-related charges in Centre County Court.
Police arrested 61-year-old Dirk Millmore on March 12th after a neighbor called police to report a man had been prowling around the outside of a State College home. Responding officers found Millmore hiding in some shrubbery outside of a teenaged girl’s bedroom window.
Millmore was also accused of striking a police officer with a 2x4 board while he was being apprehended. The Centre County District Attorney’s Office says Millmore entered guilty pleas on charges of aggravated assault, indecent exposure and prowling. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on January 7th.
