37 year old Stephanie McChessney, of 608 10th Street Altoona, Apartment #4 is facing drug charges after allegedly selling marijuana to a state police informant twice this past summer.
21 year old Ricky Farber has also been charged in the case as he allegedly gave a new meaning to the term “drug pusher”. According to police Farber pushed the wheel chair bound McChessney to the deal location on the 300 block of Walnut Avenue on August 23.
McChessney also is accused of selling pot to an undercover state trooper and an informant on August 31 in an alley by her home.
Preliminary hearings have been scheduled for October 30.
