Gallitzin House Fire Update

We have more information today on that Sunday night fire in Gallitzin that reignited early Monday morning.
Fire officials say two people are homeless as a result of the fire that originally started a little after 8:00 Sunday night.
Crews from the Gallitzin, Cresson, Ashville Lilly, Patton and Portage fire companies responded to the burning home on the 600 block of Howell Street.
An investigation continues but it is believed the fire started near a wood burner or chimney flue.
No injuries were reported but the house is a total loss.
