So the rest of us Logan sewer customers will get our rates raised to pay to "re-sewer" an area of the township that is already sewered?

There are many areas of the township that have NO sewer service that would be a better investment to extend a pipe to.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
